I'm not sure if I've mentioned it or not, but I'm planning a surprise reunion party for my Dad. He's coming to MD for one week in June and I'm throwing him a party (Luau) with all of his old friends from work. I'm really excited about it. My first project was this:
Of course, I found the idea on pinterest (Oriental Trading). But...it was definitely not as easy as it looked. I broke several umbrellas and it was a big fat pain.
But...ultimately, I'm happy with it. From a distance, it doesn't look too bad.
